But that's not all your support can help us build.

Manufacturing Internship Program

Connecticut manufacturers are facing a hiring crisis—and we're part of the solution. Our internship program trains people with IDD in hands-on manufacturing skills, providing career exploration and workforce development. Interns gain experience with real technologies and machinery while manufacturers gain dependable, trained employees. It's a win-win that's expanding Connecticut's workforce.

Art Internship & Micro-Enterprise Development

Artists with IDD are learning to become entrepreneurs through our unique 6-month course. From creating business plans and becoming LLCs to marketing products and identifying target markets, participants are building sustainable social enterprises around their creative passions.

Supportive Housing

Through innovative developer partnerships, we're creating apartment communities where 25% of units are designated for people with IDD. With in-home support services, weekend and overnight on-site staff, and web-based call-for-aid technology, residents experience true independence in safe, desirable neighborhoods.

Are you ready to tranform lives?

Whether $50, $500, or $5,000, your gift directly impacts the independence and futures of the people we serve. Your support enables greater autonomy, creates career opportunities, and demonstrates what’s possible when we invest in people.

Together, we can build a future where everyone has the opportunity to thrive with dignity and independence.
