Empowering Artists, Enriching Futures
At CCARC, we believe in the power of art to change lives. Through our year-round creative programs, individuals with IDD are not only discovering their artistic voices—they’re building skills, gaining confidence, and forging meaningful connections.
Our Artistic Expressions program, now in its second year, provides professional mentorship to aspiring artists with IDD, helping them refine their craft and share their work with the broader community. This year, we’ve expanded our impact with a new internship opportunity through our transition program. This initiative empowers participants to explore entrepreneurship by launching their own microenterprises—developing real-world skills in business, marketing, and creative production.
These programs are more than creative outlets—they are stepping stones to independence, self-advocacy, and personal fulfillment.
