CCARC Services: Clinical
Clinical Services uses person-centered planning for the healthcare and behavioral services of its participants.
These services are utilized to enhance the habilitation skills and potential of individuals that reside in the community.
Behavioral Services
The agency’s behaviorists collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists and clinicians to create effective and innovative plans that promote optimal quality of life and encourage maximum independence for individuals. Plans emphasize a proactive approach utilizing strategies and coping skills to build on strengths and foster growth.
Nursing
Healthcare needs are monitored round the clock which include onsite nursing staff as well as on-call nursing support. This team monitors the healthcare plans of group home residents, provides support and trains staff in the administration of medications and other healthcare related duties, and consults on medical issues for CCARC participants.
