Bequest Language

“I give, devise and bequeath ___% (percentage) of my estate, or $___ (sum of money), or, ___ (named property), or all the rest, residue, and remaindfer of my estate to CCARC Foundation, Inc., located in New Britain, CT.”

Bequests are fully deductible for federal estate tax purposes.

One way to ensure the financial stability of CCARC in the future is to direct your gift to the endowment fund. Only the income from these investments is available for use thereby keeping the organization’s financial base strong.
